As the primary architect and lead builder, he oversees the full spectrum of product development - from high-throughput distributed backends and cloud services to intuitive frontend experiences and multi-agent AI systems.

Under his technical stewardship, ZeroCarbon developed ZeroCarbon Cowork - an autonomous multi-agent ESG reasoning co-pilot powered by LangGraph, automated Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon accounting engines aligned with GLEC v3.2 and ISO 14083 standards, and immutable blockchain-verified audit trails that turn enterprise emissions reporting into audit-ready disclosures.

Rajan Jha is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of ZeroCarbon, spearheading enterprise outreach, business development, and overall operational management. He focuses on building high-trust partnerships with corporate clients, sustainability teams, and industry stakeholders to drive real-world platform adoption.

Leading outreach and organizational strategy, Rajan aligns ZeroCarbon's enterprise solutions with corporate compliance demands, managing stakeholder engagements, partner ecosystems, and customer onboarding across domestic and global markets.

Gunjan Ghate is the Co-Founder & CTO of ZeroCarbon, overseeing engineering architecture and decentralized infrastructure. He brings deep expertise across modern full-stack development, smart contracts, and Web3 protocols.

Gunjan leads the development of ZeroCarbon's cryptographic validation engine, ensuring immutable data lineage and seamless API integrations with enterprise ERPs and utility providers across India and global supply chains.
